Some healthy foods can cause weight gain

Aloha book lovers, and anyone interested in better health and aging defiance or even diet books for health!

Last week we did a book on plants, but this book is a far cry from gardening!

We were actually introduced to this book through one of customers (we always like recommendations)!

The author of “The Plant Paradox: The Hidden Dangers in Healthy Foods That Cause Disease and Weight Gain”, Dr. Steven R Gundry M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.C.C., is a cum laude graduate of Yale University with special honors in Human Biological and Social Evolution. His background in the modern medical field is astounding and one of the founders in many leading currently used surgery techniques including surgical robotics.

His mission today is to prevent and reverse the chronic diseases of “aging” with diet and nutriceutical interventions, using surgical intervention for heart and vascular disease as a last resort.

“Plant Paradox” focuses on a nutritional program for disease reversal and prevention! Who doesn’t want that?!

The results that people receive from following his suggested lifestyle and diet changes are incredibly exciting and encouraging, especially for people who have been suffering for years and have truly found nothing that has really helped or even for the average person that just desires better health.

Do you suffer from migraines; irritable bowel syndrome; obesity; know somebody suffering from “gluten allergy”?

He lists foods that don’t help many health conditions. Thank goodness his lists of foods that are good for you are is more extensive and yummy!

Even if you have been working toward a diet for health, this book adds to our knowledge and helps optimize what we want to achieve!

So far, this book has helped thousands of people to experience freedom from ill health for the first time!

Worth trying, right?
