Tibetan Buddhist teacher Khentrul Lodro Thaye Rinpoche is returning to Kauai for a weekend of teachings.
Khentrul Rinpoche will reveal how people can enjoy greater wellbeing in their lives by sharing tools for transforming adversity at a weekend of teachings at The Courtyard Marriott in Kapaa, July 7 and 8.
The weekend is geared toward anyone interested in learning methods for transforming adversity.
Khentrul Rinpoche is the abbot of a monastery in Tibet where he is responsible for more than 300 monks and 100 children for whom he provides food, lodging, education, a temple, and other facilities. In addition, he offers support to other monasteries in the region.
Rinpoche has been in the United States since 2002 and has established more than 20 practice and meditation centers across North America, including Katog Tara Ling on Kauai. He travels and teaches continuously for eight months of the year.
There is a fee, but no one will be turned away for a lack of funds.
