Highway lane closed during bridge inspection
ELEELE — The Hawaii Department of Transportation said it will be closing the Lihue-bound lane of Kaumualii Highway at the Eleele Pedestrian Bridge this afternoon to perform an inspection of the structure. There will be contraflow to allow traffic in both directions. The closure is expected to take about hour.
