LIHUE — The Kiahuna Golf Clup in Poipu, Puakea Golf Course in Lihue and the Princeville Makai Golf Club are the three sites where new and beginning golfers can go for the free 2018 Hawaii Junior Golf Day, March 24.
Hosted by the Aloha Section Professional Golf Association, and the Hawaii State Junior Golf Association, the event is open to golfers 5 through 18 years old.
This year marks the seventh year the Hawaii Junior Golf Day is being held at 15 golf courses throughout the state. The event features a free kids golf clinic hosted by PGA/LPGA professionals.
Parents will also get information on how to get their children started in junior golf in Hawaii through the “Roadmap to Junior Golf.”
