It was directed by Ryan Coogler and Joe Robert Cole, stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa aka Black Panther alongside Angela Bassett and Forest Whitaker. The film was released in the U.S. last weekend. The production crew closed off the Gwangali Beach in Busan to film the car chase scene.

They also filmed near the famous fish market Jagalchi in Nampodong. The car chase scene involved over 100 cars and 700 people. This is the second Marvel film to use South Korea as a filming location, “Avengers, Age of Ultron,” was also in filmed in 2015 Seoul, South Korea. The cast of “Black Panther” launched their international tour in Seoul on Feb. 5 to a large crowd that Boseman compared to a sold-out sporting event.
