Welcome to Kauai, Kevin Bainbridge and the 11 Global Village volunteers (they’re from all over the country)! Pomaika‘i Brown has a surprisingly good experience in store for you Friday when she plans on bringing the Global Village group to experience her family’s concert at the Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall (enjoy it, now before it closes Jan. 1).

Stacie Chiba Miguel is getting ready for the Keiki Christmas Bash, Saturday (it starts after the National Tropical Botanical Garden craft fair at the South Shore Visitor Center!) at the Shops at Kukuiula (they’ve got Hanukkah coming up, Wednesday, too) where she plans a “snowy” surprise for everyone.
Melissa McFerrin Warrack said she might bring Finnegan (free keiki crafts) after checking out Olaf and the Frozen people from Showtime Characters at the Kukui Grove where Jack Leonard will have the Kauai Gymnastics Academy doing its annual exhibition Sunday with tandem surfing champions Kalani Vierra and Krystal Apeles around lunchtime.
And there is the annual Kauai Coffee Open House where Santa Phil (he’s been really busy!) will be doing pictures before making his way to the Keiki Christmas Bash. Phil Worwa might even have time to do some disc golf at Kauai Coffee.
